What do I need to view the site ?

How do I select and purchase a tour ?
On the TOURS page click on one of the highlighted cities to see the list of available downloads for that city.
Click the Buy Now button next to any item. A separate window will open showing a purchase agreement.
Once you have read the Terms and Conditions and indicated your agreement, click the Continue button. You will then be directed to a PayPal payment page. Follow the instructions on screen.
You will receive a receipt from PayPal by email after purchase.

How do I download my tour ?
Once payment has been confirmed, your download should start automatically.
If for any reason your download does not start automatically, you can attempt to download the file again by referring to the secure link contained in the purchase confirmation email which will be sent to you.
You will have 48 hours from the time of purchase to download any files. After this time the links will expire.

What do I do after I've downloaded my tour ?
Tour download files will be in .ZIP format and contain all the relevant tracks. A map in PDF Format is included for some tours or available online .
You will need to extract the files and use your normal software to copy the tracks to your iPod®, MP3 player, Phone, CD, SD Card or other preferred media or device. Please ensure the files are copied in the correct sequence.
If your tour includes a track labelled 'Introduction', please listen to this track before you begin your tour. It will tell you how the tour works and a little about the city you have chosen. It also contains some important safety advice.
Don't forget to print the map and remember to take it with you before you begin your tour.
